Aramid / Polyester Hybrid

A new idea for Search rope construction. The Hybrid rope uses heat-resistant Aramid fiber and Polyester to create a highly visible and economical search rope. All of the strength of the cord is derived from Aramid Fiber. The bright Yellow polyester fibers act as a heat indicator. At 350F, the polyester fibers melt, leaving the load-bearing aramid in place for safety backup. Strength: 2,000 lbf.
