SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship all orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days
Contact us at 770-832-9694 for emergency shipping requests
Out of stock, non-stock, and special order items will ship when available
We ship all orders other than Military by UPS. APO and FPO ship USPS
Report damage to the carrier immediately by marking the freight bill before accepting or refusing the shipment
GA residents will be charged 7% sales tax. Tax will not be charged on orders outside GA
Backorder - Unless otherwise specified, backorders will be automatically shipped by ground as soon as they arrive in the warehouse.
Damage/ Missing Items: Check all items before signing for shipment.
Customer must notify the carrier of any damage or loss at the time of delivery. All notations must be written on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Please open boxes and check for hidden damage. Carriers require full documentation and photos to process claims.
So, take images of the box (outside and inside), labels, and damaged items.
Reconsignment
If the SHIPPING address changes for any reason after the shipment leaves our warehouse, the freight carriers charge a reconsignment fee.
This reconsignment fee is charged regardless of whether the change results from an incorrect address provided to us or if the customer requests the change.
Additionally, the freight company bills this charge whether the new address is one block away or in a different town.
Any Reconsignment fees charged are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to us.
Detention Fee
If the customer cannot unload the shipment within 30 minutes of the driver arriving, the freight company charges a fee for time it takes to unload.
It is up to the customer to have the correct equipment to unload their order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
