RETURN POLICY
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Immediately open the carton and inspect the contents.
Damaged shipments should be reported to the carrier immediately and not returned until instructions are received from Rescue Technology.
DO NOT return the goods to us unless a return authorization has been issued to you. See below for additional information.
UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
All stocked merchandise (see RETURNS section for limitations on custom or non-stocked items) is returnable
(in new condition) within five days of receipt, for any reason, for full credit, less original shipping cost. CALL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

Call Customer Service at 770-832-9694 for a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions before returning any merchandise. Goods returned without an RA will delay the prompt handling of your return.
The purchaser must pay freight on returns.
Absolutely no returns on “less than spool” quantities of rope or webbing products or any special order / non-stock items unless the item was received in a damaged condition.
Sized products may be exchanged for a different size if the returned item is in an unused, resellable condition. Any return due to customer error is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned goods must be properly packaged to prevent damage due to customer use, improper handling, or improper packaging.
The customer is responsible for any damage to the goods due to customer use, improper handling, or improper packaging.
All returned goods will be inspected to determine qualification for any applicable credit.
A Request for a Return Authorization number must be received within five days of receipt of shipment.
If you have a damaged package or damaged product shipped through UPS or FedEx, Rescue Technology / RescueTECH1 will need the following photos to properly file the claim and issue credit.
PLEASE Inspect the Package as soon as it arrives.
Any Claim must be submitted
within 10 business days.
PHOTO DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:
All listed photos are required!
A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging material used
Multiple photos of the shipping label clearly displaying the tracking number
Multiple photos of the shipping box and include photo of the box manufacturer certificate and top and bottom of box
Dimensions of the box (length, width, and height) will also be needed.
Failure to adhere to the steps outlined above,
may result in the denial of the claim
and credit request.
