Rescue Technology is committed to all aspects of data protection and takes your security seriously.

Rescue Technology collects various personal data, which may include but is not limited to name, address, email, phone number, IP address, and job title.
We need to know your data to provide you with information associated with our other services and to stay in touch in the future.

Rescue Technology processes all the personal data. We will endeavor to provide details of the processing locations, where possible, at the data collection point.
Data that Rescue Technology directly processes are located on servers within the USA. Newsletter and other mailing list data is processed via third-party software, MailChimp or Zoho Campaign.
We may share your data following an inquiry with a limited number of trusted third parties within your region to enable the maximum service possible.
No other 3rd parties have access to your data unless you specifically agree to this sharing of your data in advance.
DATA RETENTION
All details provided will align with legal and contractual requirements unless otherwise stated at the point of collection as below.
The United States Internal Revenue Service requires the retention of accounting information for seven years.
As such, all customers' details will be retained by Rescue Technology for seven years following the settlement of your last invoice and through the end of that year.
This information may include but is not limited to name, address, email, phone number, IP address, job title, and interests, along with billing information, including any personal data contained within invoices,
delivery notes, and accounting.
Rescue Technology will attempt to respond to all contact, including inquiries, promptly and professionally.
Any inquiries or other contact containing personal data will be retained for no more than 18 months from the date of our last contact with you under the legal basis of Legitimate Interest.
This will allow us to respond to queries and uphold quotes within these periods.
No retained data will be used for any purpose other than that which is agreed at the time of booking and will never be shared with third parties without your knowledge or used to contact you in the future without requirement or your consent.
YOUR RIGHTS
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect or should you wish to withdraw your consent or exercise any of your statutory rights, including your right to erasure, right to access, right to rectification, and right to be informed, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.

Rescue Technology will never request consent or market to anybody under 16.

LOG FILES
When you visit a Rescue Technology website, we collect web statistics concerning your visit, which are stored in a log file. Log files allow us to record visitors’ site use,
